Wishing Pool
So, what's this?
That pond in the courtyard? While it looks like a normal pond, if you throw coins into it (like the sign suggests) you'll get an item tossed back at you. Don't worry, it doesn't hurt the fish. IC'ly characters will find these coins around the castle; OOCly they're a reward for activity.
All kinds of items can be acquired this way, and don't worry about catching the items (you wouldn't want to catch a flying sword would you?), as characters will find that the item always winds up behind them somehow despite their best efforts.
How do we earn coins?
One coin is rewarded for every 20- comment thread (10 comments must come from you), comment-spam counts as one comment. Threads that take place in the investigations and trials are not eligible. Threads between the Sage and Teishu can be redeemed for coins if they're in public. If you're uncertain whether or not a thread qualifies, feel free to ask!
Threads that you use for AC are eligible for coins!
What does getting an extra item mean?
One of the deceased characters redeemed their coins. Since they're not around to receive their loot, you get something of theirs as a bonus!
One of the items I received is bolded! What does it mean?
This is a personal regain, not a generic item! Starting from 8/15 on all personal regains will be bolded to distinguish them from generic items to avoid confusion.
How should we turn coins in?
We'd appreciate it if you would post a new comment every time you wish to turn in coins! While a top-level offers more organization and may be used as a thread tracker, doing things this way increases the chances of your reply being be missed. Unfortunately, as the game wears on it becomes difficult to check each individual thread and tracking each one isn't viable.
What can we get out of this anyway?
Remember those regains you listed on your application? This is where you'll be able to get them! Unfortunately, the pond is rather fickle...so you might not get what's yours. In fact, you probably won't. Good thing everyone is friends here, right?
What if I throw a whole bunch of coins in at once?
It's not going to increase your luck any, if that's what your hoping for.
Do coins expire?
Nope! Feel free to turn in your threads whenever you want, they don't need to be from the current week.
When should we expect a response?
Coins will be rolled on Tuesdsay or Wednesday.
Can we use coins as bribe to opt-out of death rolls?
No, but that's because the Sage has too many shiny things already, sorry.

It's a piece of stone, from the Score translated by Yulia Jue herself. It reads: "... Ultimately, the plague will be brought into the Kimlascan kingdom by a single man. The light of the sacred flame shall approach a Kimlascan city of fon machines, seeking a way to purify the taint."
